The best thing to cook during the Holy Week is Binignit. I suggest you try making one.

Do you know what is binignit? It’s very famous in the Visayas. And also biko and puto maya.

Hi Erwan, i really like all your blogs it gives me interest in cooking healthy foods for my family. I want to try the burger but i can not find sirracha in the grocery here in Singapore. Can you give me other alternative for it. Thank you and hope you will continue to inspire people to eat the healthy way.

sirracha is chinese so you should definitely find some there, its a hot red pasty sauce.

Hi I’m new to your blog. This looks delicious, especially with the caramelized onions. I’m curious as to what ingredients you put in your burger meat.

awesome! thank you. Just beef, there is not other way. make sure its 88% lean and season it only when its cooking.

OMG this made me craaaave for burger. Never actually cooked burger at home before, but if it does seem “super simple”… so why not :) Thank you, Erwan! Your posts are always helpful. I always like it when you have a video – it’s easier to follow and more enticing :)

about THE FAT KID

I gained weight because of a sedentary lifestyle and overly indulging in foods I knew were bad for me, eating out too often, taking the easy route (microwavable dishes) and not caring what went in my body, before I knew it reached 240 lbs. I lost weight through pure dedication, tireless hours of hard work and yes, food. I cooked my way to fitness, making sure to only feed myself tasty well prepared dishes with all the right stuff, the perfect fuel, taking me down to 150lbs. Of course I indulge from time to time, as the fat kid still lurks inside of me; here you will find a little bit of everything for the sole purpose of sharing my passion for food and life.
