3-Ingredient Healthy Dessert Recipe

If you have a sweet tooth, then these easy 3-ingredient desserts are perfect for a guilt-free snack. Sometimes, you don’t want to bother with complicated recipes and just get to the good stuff. These recipes only need 3 ingredients, which are most likely already in your pantry. Just mix it all up and set it in the oven, and you already have dessert! The best part is that these are fairly healthy, with much less sugar than the ones you buy at the store.


Peanut butter cookies

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1 cup of melted peanut butter
*cooked for 10 minutes at 350F. 

Chocolate Cake

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 450g chocolate
cooked for 25 minutes at 350F



  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
12 mins at 350F
