Here’s a pretty simple recipe that I like to do for a quick breakfast or as a healthy snack. Especially perfect for this hot weather we’re having and not as sinful as your sugar loaded fruits shakes and blended coffees.

In a blender
2 frozen bananas
1/2 frozen avocado
1 portion protein powder, i used Nuts and Things
Almond Protein Powder
1 tbsp of Chia
1 tbsp of Sugar Free Peanut Butter
Top with
3 chopped dried dates
1/3 cup gluten free granola
2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp coconut flakes
