The Kadayawan festival is known to be the mother of all Mindanao festivals in the Philippines.

 

In true Filipino fashion, the celebration of this festival also entails a dish that is closely associated with the festival itself; and that is the tuna pakfry.

 

We brought in well-loved Filipino celebrity chefs, Chef JP Anglo and Chef Tatung, to recreate this dish in the Fiesta In A Box kitchen.
