Chicken Basil Red Rice

Been so busy with so many projects that people have said that they miss my recipes. So I’m going back to basics and doing content which The Fat Kid Inside was most known for. Not only that, doing sort of a throwback as well with the format.

Been so busy with so many projects that people have said that they miss my recipes. So I’m going back to basics and doing content which The Fat Kid Inside was most known for. Not only that, doing sort of a throwback as well with the format.

If you’ve seen my old videos, it’s a lot of my hands doing the prep and cooking. We’re going back to that format and just focusing on the food and healthy cooking.

This new series #bowls is all about, you guessed it—bowls. Filled with good food packed with flavor and nutrition, these are what I eat on a regular basis which is usually after a workout.

Hope you enjoy this new series! We have more health and happy #bowls recipes coming your way! Do let me know what you’d like to see more of too.
