  • 500g beef tenderloin, cut into strips

  • 2 large pcs chicken breast thighs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • Little Gems or Lettuce Leaves

Peanut Sate Curry


  • 300 grams chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp sliced ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili
  • 1 tsp masala powder
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lime
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • fish sauce to taste


Monggo Soup


  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 celery, chopped
  • 1 quarter squash
  • 1/2 large potato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup monggo
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • salt and pepper
