As part of the Start it Right campaign in the Philippines, Kiehl’s, my good friend Belle, and myself, we will release a limited edition packaging for Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream featuring our very own artworks.
I know this is very different from what i usually do, but i really wanted to do more this 2016. We will start creating and producing documentary videos, whether long or short, documenting stories that are speak of our present or raise awareness and hopefully serve as time capsules for future generations.
Here is my first video in collaboration with the good hearted people of Kiehl’s Philippines.
This project is part of “Kiehl’s Gives” which is the global platform that the company uses to push its altruistic endeavors: the fight against HIV/AIDS to children’s causes, and the environment.
The beginning of any Kiehl’s collaboration is simple: It starts with a common vision to support community-building initiatives. This June 2016, the company gives back with the Start it Right campaign in the Philippines. Together with Kiehl’s, my good friend Belle and myself, we will release a limited edition packaging for Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream featuring our very own artworks.
One of Kiehl’s bestselling formulas, the Ultra Facial Cream is clinically proven to hydrate the surface of the skin as well as improve overall skin quality. With four bottles being sold per minute globally, it is the ultimate 24-hour skin hydrator and has been tested at the roughest and coldest of conditions. For every sale of the Ultra Facial Cream, Kiehl’s will donate 100% of the proceeds to its chosen organization: the Payatas Orione Foundation.
Located in Payatas, Quezon City, the Payatas Orione Foundation feeds over 600 malnourished children annually. Through Kiehl’s, Isabelle, and myself, underprivileged kids aged 2 to 8 years old will benefit from a Supplemental Feeding Program where one full meal will be provided for them every single day of the week. The goal for this project is to help kids grow physically and mentally, readying them to receive proper education, and, eventually, allowing them to help their families rise from poverty.
Through this local campaign, this generation will be able to take care of themselves and others. Because when it comes to life decisions and skin care, it’s always best to #StartItRightwithKiehls.
