Here’s my take on the classic cocktails using a simplified recipe.

Mojito Ingredients:
Mint
30 ml simple syrup
30 ml lime juice
60 ml Bacardi white
soda water
In a chilled glass, lightly muddle mint and simple syrup together. Add lime juice and Bacardi white. Mix together. Add ice and soda water. Garnish with mint.
Daquiri Ingredients:
60 ml Bacardi gold
30 ml simple syrup
30 ml lime juice
In shaker, mix Bacardi gold, syrup, and lime juice. Shake together with ice and strain onto a chilled coupe glass.
