Fresh Homemade Garlic Bread Recipes

Garlic bread— one of the simplest recipes you could ever make, but it’s amazing how these simple ingredients can make something so delicious.

  1. Use a food processor or garlic press for finely minced garlic. To save time and be more efficient, it’s best to use a food processor or garlic press to mince your garlic. It will take forever to finely mince the garlic by hand. Plus, chances are that you might leave behind bigger chunks that you won’t be so happy to bite into.
  2. Use fresh parsley. This might be a no-brainer but the fresh parsley makes all the difference. Skip the dried ones and make sure to buy it fresh.
  3. Use the broiler setting in your oven. To achieve the perfect brown crisp, use the broiler setting in your oven. This will make your bread nice and toasty.

Korean Bread Dome

This garlic bread dome is the ultimate flavor bomb. This is a popular street food in South Korea, and it’s just oozing with a sweet cream cheese filling and topped with garlic butter. Now you can make it at home in minutes!


  • Sourdough loaf
  • 1 whole bar of cream cheese (8oz)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • Slice the loaf into 8 equal sections, leaving the bottom intact.
  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, and heavy cream.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together butter, parmesan, garlic, olive oil and condensed milk.
  • Place bread on an oven-safe pan. Transfer cream cheese mixture in a piping bag and pipe in between the sections of bread.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture on top of the bread.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes at 170C or until golden brown.


Garlic Baguette

This is the classic garlic bread that we all know and love. All you need is four ingredients!


  • 1 baguette
  • 1 stick softened butter
  •  2-3 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  •  1/2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley


  • Slice the baguette into 1-inch sections, leaving the bottom intact.
  • Combine butter, garlic, and parsley in a food processor until well incorporated.
  • Spoon the garlic butter mixture in between sections of the bread, and spread the rest in an even layer on top.
  • Wrap in aluminum foil and place in an oven for 10-15 minutes at 170C.


Garlic Grilled Cheese

Level up your classic grilled cheese with this garlic grilled cheese recipe!


  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsps finely minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1/3 cup grated yellow cheddar
  • 1/3 cup grated gruyere cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter


  • Combine garlic, parsley, and butter in a food processor until well incorporated.
  • Spread mixture on both slices of bread. Add grated cheddar and gruyere cheese.
  • On a pan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and add in the butter.
  • Place sandwich on the hot pan and cook until cheese is slightly melted. Flip and cook until cheese is completely melted.
