When i make cocktails, i love using ingredients that remind me of my childhood (no not because i was an alcoholic child), but mostly because i enjoy throwbacks in general (except #throwbackthursday).

Here is the recipe of the Sour Puss at Niner Ichi Nana, we use Sour Salted Plums and Coconut nectar to create a different taste experience.

 

Build in a tall collins glass

– 30ml lemon juice
– 22ml Figue Syrup
– 22ml Bourbon Infused with Sour Plums
– 45ml Gin
– 3 Salted Sour Plums
– Rim with Salt and Sugar Mixture
– Add ice, stir.
– Add tonic water (about 90 to 120ml)
– Drizzle with coconut nectar.
