Mezze and Party Dip Platters: Anyone can Cook with Isabelle Daza

I teach Isabelle Daza how to whip up some mezze style dips that are perfect for parties.

My good friend Isabelle Daza loves entertaining people at her home. But after a couple of dinners, finding new dishes to serve that aren’t going to keep you stressed out in the kitchen could be difficult. I teach her how to please a crowd with just a food processor and some simple but flavourful ingredients, some of which you can find lying around your kitchen. Tomato Cashew Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, seeded
6 sundried tomatoes
2 tbsb sundried tomato oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp sriracha
1/3 cup of cashew nuts
Salt to taste

Tzatziki

Ingredients:
2 cucumbers peeled and chopped
½ cup Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper
¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil

Avocado Green Pea Dip

Ingredients:
– ½ cup Green peas
– Half an avocado
– 2 tbsp tahini
– 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
– 6 pieces Basil
– Salt to taste

Salmon Dip

Ingredients:
– 5 pieces of Smoked Salmon
– ½ cup Cottage Cheese
– 1/3 cup Feta Cheese with oil
– Butter
– Multi grain bread
