Essentially a breakfast or brunch option, Muesli is made of raw rolled oats and other ingredients like grains, fresh or dried fruits, seeds, and nuts, and is eaten with milk, yogurt or fruit juice. It’s high in fiber and is a much healthier option than most breakfast cereals in the supermarket.

But of course, to make it entirely healthy, better make it yourself! Here’s how I make mine.
