salmon and kimchi donburi

This recipe is a play on popular Asian flavors. Using salmon and kimchi and putting it together in a don buri, this dish is harmonious marriage of Japanese and Korean tastes. And because cheese makes everything better, I throw it on for good measure.

Don’t hate because this isn’t authentic at all but I assure you, it’s really good!

Repeat after me, cheese makes everything better.
