Here’s a recipe inspired by that trip. Don’t be fooled by the word “candied.” While it may imply added sugar, it only means that the tomatoes are roasted slowly to bring out its natural sweetness. And the combination of a robust, properly cooked steak and and flavorful and naturally sweet relish is a surefire winner.
