Tasty 15-Minute Udon Recipes [Udon Stir-Fry | Spicy Garlic Udon]

Udon has always been a popular ingredient– they’re thick, chewy, and absolutely filling. These Japanese noodles are usually made into noodle soups and yaki udon. Not many people know that these noodles are great to play around with different recipes.

People have been turning udon into tasty fusion dishes: you have the udon carbonara, cheesy udon, and even chicken alfredo. Because of how thick these udon noodles are, you’ll get a more satisfying bite.
