Bulacan isn’t only known for its rich historical heritage but also for its traditional and heirloom recipes; or what they call “Kalutong Bulakenyo.”
One of which is the Pavo Embuchado, a colonial heirloom recipe that is starting to disappear from Filipino tables and is practically impossible to find in restaurants.
But a family in Bulacan is keeping it alive to this day.
