When we think about healthy drinks, our minds automatically go to the classic “green smoothie.” In reality, there are a lot more drinks that don’t necessarily require greens.
Erwan and Nico share some drinks that they personally consume in their daily lives. One of which is made with chia seeds, ginger slices, turmeric, lemon juice, some chilis, apple cider vinegar, honey, water, and cucumber; a recipe for Erwan’s morning booster shot.
Although of course, they still had to add in a green smoothie recipe for all the plant lovers out there.
