Madrid Fusion Manila is inching closer and closer! To amp up your excitement for the first ever culinary congress in the country happening on April 24-26, 2015 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, SM held a demonstration at Sarsa Kitchen + Bar at the Mall of Asia last April 16, 2015 with the likes of Chef Bruce Ricketts, Chef Rob Pengson and Chef Claude Tayag doing the cooking.
