You may have noticed that we’ve got a whole new layout. This is so you can easily browse new and old content or connect with me with any comments, suggestions, or questions. Feel free to look around, explore, and don’t forget to leave your email in the subscription box so you can get updates from me!

One of the major changes we did to the blog was add a contribute page. This is for Weight Loss Inspiration stories or articles commissioned by The Fat Kid Inside team. If you want to share your weight loss story, just click on the “Contribute” button on the bottom of the page and fill up the form!  We will no longer accept or publish stories that are not sent through this form.

Weight Loss stories are also inspiring because of the before and after photos that you guys send in along with your stories. We’d love to see how far you’ve come, and we can’t do that without good photos! Your photos have to be clear, well sized (at least 800 px in width, and not more than 1GB in size), and separate: we need at least one photo of you before your journey, and another photo of your after your journey. Keep your photos free of any text, logos, or watermarks so as not to distract from the real star of the pic: YOU!

Make sure you read the Terms of Submission carefully before sending in your submission, and you’re good to go. It’s that easy, and I can’t wait to read your stories and see your progress.
