Buchi’s form is probably just as cute as its name.

 

It is a fried Chinese pastry that takes the shape of a small ball. Because it’s made from glutinous rice flour, it usually has a chewy texture accompanied by a sweet filling.

 

Erwan and Chef Martin decided to make buchi but they made it BIGGER… like, really bigger.
